The extended trial:​

• The 10 day trial will start on the date of the first session.

• Unused trial sessions cannot be rolled over to a membership or exchanged. 

• All training must be booked in advance. If the session is canceled by the member less than 6 hours before the session start time, the session will still be deducted from the trial allowance. 

• Extended trial is only open to new customers / members.

• There is no free trial available for people staying in Hanoi for less than 30 days. Please refer to our “Just Visiting Hanoi” page for short term training options.

Splitting your membership fee:

• 50% of the membership is required to be paid on first day of your membership.

• The remaining balance is to be paid within 30 days.

• The payment dates will be agreed at the membership sign up. 

• Late / Non-Payment of the balance will lead to the membership being terminated and any fees paid up to that point will be retained by STAR Kickboxing and Fitness - Vietnam. 

• You will be required to complete a payment agreement including digital copy of government issued photo ID (this record will be securely destroyed on completion of the payment plan).

The memberships:

• This offer is open to new members only.

• No refunds on memberships. 

• Memberships cannot be transferred, paused and cancelled.  

• All training must be booked in advance. If the session is canceled by the member less than 6 hours before the session start time, the member will be charged in full / group members will be blocked from booking classes for 3 days.
