STAR Kickboxing & Fitness regularly captures photos and videos during classes, events, and training sessions for use in marketing materials, social media, and promotional content that reflect our community and training environment.

As part of the membership agreement, members are informed:

• That photos or videos may be taken during sessions or events in which I am present.

• STAR Kickboxing & Fitness will use such images responsibly to promote the gym and its activities across approved marketing channels.

• Members  have the right to opt out of being included in any photos or videos used for promotional purposes.

• To exercise this right, members can notify the STAR Kickboxing & Fitness team at anytime.
