MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Summer Sale – Terms and Conditions

  • Offer valid from 1st August to 31st August 2025 only.

  • No discounts apply to any other membership types, class packs, or services.

  • Offer is available to:

    • New members

    • Existing members upgrading to a larger membership tier (e.g. from Silver to Gold), or re-signing for a 12-month Unlimited or Gold membership

  • Memberships may be purchased under a “Buy now, use later” option, but must be activated no later than 20th September 2025

  • Payment plan option available: 50% due at sign-up and remaining 50% due within 30 days.

  • Membership purchases are non-refundable.

  • All purchases must be fully completed and paid (or payment plan agreed) by 31st August 2025.

  • Free Yoga access (with Gold) and free PT sessions (with 12-month Unlimited) must be used during the active membership period.

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, referral credit, or discount.

Membership – Terms and Conditions / Booking Policy

  • Payment in full is required at the start of the membership contract unless an installment plan has been agreed.  

  • We accept cash, domestic bank transfer or WISE transfers*, sorry we cannot accept card payments. *Any international transfer fees must be paid by the customer

  • There are strictly no refunds on memberships, please only buy a membership that you know you can use in line with the terms and conditions. 

  • Group memberships cannot be paused or shared / transfered with other people. 

  • Group training must be booked in advance. 

  • If attendance is canceled less than 6 hours before class start time:

    • Members with an 8 Class Pass will be charged in full for the class. 

    • Unlimited Members will be unable to book for the following 3 days.

  • If membership expires and there are unused sessions, these can be rolled over to a newly purchased membership. If you wish to extend the membership expiry date to use remaining sessions, this will be charged at a fee of 500,000vnd per each additional week. *Not applicable with unlimited memberships.
