MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Honest, transparent, and upfront pricing

We have a range of membership options to suit all budgets and circumstances. We accept payment by cash, debit/credit card (Vietnamese and international cards), or domestic bank transfer.

  • Payment in full is required at the start of the membership contract unless an installment plan has been agreed.

  • No transfers, pauses, or refunds on group class memberships

  • Group training must be booked in advance. 

  • If attendance is canceled less than 6 hours before class start time:

    • Members with an 8 Class Pass will be charged in full for the class. 

    • Unlimited Members will be unable to book for the following 3 days.

  • If membership expires and there are unused sessions, these can be rolled over to a newly purchased membership​
