​STAR Kickboxing & Fitness is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all members, including children and young people participating in training, events, or community activities.

Parents and Guardians of members under 18 acknowledge and understand that:

• STAR Kickboxing & Fitness operates in line with its Safeguarding and Youth Protection Policy, which prioritises the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all children and vulnerable individuals.

• All STAR coaches and staff working with minors are required to follow professional boundaries, maintain appropriate conduct, and act in accordance with STAR’s safeguarding procedures

• Parents or legal guardians must supervise or remain contactable during children’s classes unless otherwise approved by STAR management.

• Any concerns, incidents, or disclosures relating to a child’s safety or wellbeing should be reported immediately to the Manager.

• STAR Kickboxing & Fitness reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership if behaviour from a member, parent, or guardian compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.
