BLACK FRIDAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer period: 1–30 November 2026, or until sold out. Early access is available to eligible members and customers from October 2026.

Limited availability: All Black Friday packages are strictly limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No restocks are guaranteed.

Purchase limit: Maximum one Black Friday PT package and one Black Friday Group Membership per person.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No deposits or instalments. Enquiries and session bookings do not reserve promotional packages.

Activation: Packages can be activated on a chosen date up to 1 January 2027. Any package not activated by this date will automatically begin on 1 January 2027. Included group memberships activate alongside the PT package.

Validity: BLACK 20 – 6 months; BLACK 100 – 12 months; BLACK 200 – 24 months. Group memberships are valid for 12 months, except the 24-month group membership included with BLACK 200.

Personal use only: Packages cannot be transferred, gifted, resold or exchanged, including before activation.

Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Bookings and cancellations: STAR's standard booking, cancellation, no-show and permitted suspension policies apply. All PT sessions must be used within the package validity period. Unused sessions or membership time do not automatically carry over.

Other promotions: Black Friday offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers.

Purchase location: Memberships must be purchased directly at STAR Kickboxing and Fitness. Booking a first class or PT session through this website does not guarantee promotional availability.
