We have some exciting news to share...

After an incredible four years at 72 Xuan Dieu, we're preparing to relocate STAR Kickboxing & Fitness to a brand new home just 3 minutes away at:

Floors 2 & 3, 27/52 To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho

Our goal is to have the new centre ready within the next 2–3 weeks, and we expect to leave our current location no later than 31st July.

The Next Chapter of STAR at To Ngoc Van, Tay Ho

Over the past four years, STAR has continued to grow, and so has the demand for our classes, personal training and community. Finding the right premises in Tay Ho hasn't been easy, with high demand and a very limited supply of commercial spaces suitable for a martial arts and fitness centre.

We're therefore incredibly excited to have secured two large open-plan floors in a brand new commercial building that will allow us to continue developing everything that makes STAR unique while creating an even better experience for our members.

What to Expect

Floor 2 – Martial Arts & Group Classes

The second floor will become the heart of STAR, providing a large open training space for:

• Muay Thai

• Boxing

• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

• Yoga

• Mat Pilates

Outside of scheduled classes, this space will also be available for personal training sessions and gym-only bookings.

We'll be installing a brand new heavy-duty rig with space for 8–9 boxing bags, creating one of the best striking training environments in Tay Ho.

Our ambition is to continue offering one of the biggest and most diverse group class timetables in Tay Ho. Combined with our recently expanded team of talented coaches, we're in a fantastic position to take the STAR member experience to the next level.

The investment doesn't stop there. Over the next six months we'll continue developing the facility, including the addition of a portable competition-style boxing ring that can be quickly assembled for sparring sessions, seminars and special events before being stored away to maximise training space for everyday classes.

Floor 3 – Personal Training & Strength

The third floor will focus on:

• Personal Training

• Gym Access

• Strength & Conditioning

• Bootcamp

We'll continue investing in carefully selected equipment that maximises both the training experience and the versatility of the space, creating one of the best functional training environments in Tay Ho.

Easy Access

The new building includes free underground motorbike parking, secure lift access directly to the STAR floors, and fully air-conditioned training spaces that are well protected from the outdoor elements. We expect this to provide a more comfortable training environment throughout the year, with improved air quality and a consistently high standard of training space.

We're also pleased to share that this area is not affected by any future government land reclamation plans. The land behind the building has already been allocated for a new public park, giving us confidence that STAR has found a long-term home where we can continue investing and growing for many years to come.

A New Chapter

While we'll always have fond memories of 72 Xuan Dieu, we're incredibly excited about what this move means for the future of STAR.

Relocating is never an easy decision, especially in Tay Ho where quality commercial premises are in such high demand. However, when this opportunity became available, we knew it was the right next step for STAR.

Most importantly, as we have always promised, we've managed to stay right here in Tay Ho. Being just a three-minute drive from our current location means we hope the transition will be as convenient as possible for our loyal members while giving us the space to continue improving everything we offer.

What Happens Next?

For the next couple of weeks we'll continue operating as normal from 72 Xuan Dieu while we complete the fit-out of the new centre.

As soon as everything is ready, we'll let everyone know exactly when the move will take place and provide full details about your first visit to the new location.
